Royal Blue Jungle - Leopard Blouse, Black Textured Leggings, Blue Jacket and Suede Shoes

Royal blue is one of my favorite colors, so any opportunity that I get to apply it to an outfit I run with it.  Today I went to my tentative give away pile and decided to try on a jacket, that was possibly on its way to a new home, with my leopard blouse.  Little did I know that pairing would capture my heart! Needless to say the jacket is staying, as I really wanted to keep it anyway being that its my favorite color.  So my outfit today was very electric, playful and colorful.

The combination of the animal print topped off with that beautiful shade of blue just took the ensemble to another level.  Like I always say don't be afraid to get creative to make your outfits pop or become a great statement for the day.

I paired my blouse and jacket with my textured leggings, finished off with some blue suede shoes.  I am so excited that the seasons are changing and I live in a dry climate as I am so ready to bring out all my suede booties and boots to wear.  For now, here's a peek at today's outfit and my pair of booties having their first appearance in boot season.

Something about wearing all black says bossy to me.  The look and feel of this color makes such a powerful statement and you can usually never go wrong no matter what size you are, as it is the most flattering and forgiving color one can wear.  I love bright and beautiful colors but black is definitely a BSM favorite and absolute go to! Shades of Pink - Pink & Black Dress and Pink Top & Black Leather Skirt

Pink is a universal color that looks good on almost everyone, including the gentlemen.  Some shades definitely pop more so than others.  I truly love the dramatic look of fuchsia pink, it is vibrant and makes a very bold statement, where as the softer pink is very classic and timeless. In today's post I am giving you two different looks with two different shades of pink. The first look has a sassy and bold appeal.  I paired my long sleeve shift dress with some leggings and black knee high boots with gold accents.  This fuchsia shade definitely pops and makes a statement that definitely needs no introduction.  Where as the second look, has a touch of classy sophistication appeal to it.  The soft pink top finished off with a faux leather pencil skirt, pearls and ankle strap heels gives you subtle sexy look.  Here's a peek at the outfits I pulled together.

Every day is a Special Occasion - Embroidered Skirt, Tank and Blazer

I have things in my closet that I sometimes never get to waiting on a special occasion; so rather than do that I figure, "if you have it, wear it", as everyday is a special occasion to look and feel good.  For today's OOTD,  I was feeling a little sassy and decided to wear this fun embroidered fitted skirt. I have said it before, I love pieces that accent your curves in all the right places; and the skirt does just that.  I completed the look with an long asymmetrical sleeveless top and a blazer.  Simple, yet edgy and definitely and outfit that can take you from day to night if need be.  Now, call me crazy, but I truly got dressed to sit in my office all day and run a couple errands, but regardless I was ready for anything that came my way.  Here's a peek at what I wore.
