Urban Chic - Blazer, T-shirt, Utility Pants & Heels

Sorry I have been M.I.A for a few days but I had a project on my hands that kept me busy.  But I am back in BSM mode so it's business as usual.  I actually missed blogging as it truly soothes me to post every day.

I love utility pants and I especially love to wear them with heels to give them a less casual look.  They are comfy, versatile, and depending on what you pair them with you can give yourself and "Urban Chic" look that is sassy and sexy.  My pairing choices for this OOTD consists of a blazer, Soul Sistah T-shirt, and some sexy red shoes to pick up the colors in my top.  Here's a peek at what I wore.

Shades of Pink - Pink & Black Dress and Pink Top & Black Leather Skirt

Pink is a universal color that looks good on almost everyone, including the gentlemen.  Some shades definitely pop more so than others.  I truly love the dramatic look of fuchsia pink, it is vibrant and makes a very bold statement, where as the softer pink is very classic and timeless. In today's post I am giving you two different looks with two different shades of pink. The first look has a sassy and bold appeal.  I paired my long sleeve shift dress with some leggings and black knee high boots with gold accents.  This fuchsia shade definitely pops and makes a statement that definitely needs no introduction.  Where as the second look, has a touch of classy sophistication appeal to it.  The soft pink top finished off with a faux leather pencil skirt, pearls and ankle strap heels gives you subtle sexy look.  Here's a peek at the outfits I pulled together.

Every day is a Special Occasion - Embroidered Skirt, Tank and Blazer

I have things in my closet that I sometimes never get to waiting on a special occasion; so rather than do that I figure, "if you have it, wear it", as everyday is a special occasion to look and feel good.  For today's OOTD,  I was feeling a little sassy and decided to wear this fun embroidered fitted skirt. I have said it before, I love pieces that accent your curves in all the right places; and the skirt does just that.  I completed the look with an long asymmetrical sleeveless top and a blazer.  Simple, yet edgy and definitely and outfit that can take you from day to night if need be.  Now, call me crazy, but I truly got dressed to sit in my office all day and run a couple errands, but regardless I was ready for anything that came my way.  Here's a peek at what I wore.
